摘 要:目的分析新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间本科护生情绪调节策略、领悟社会支持与生涯决策困难的现状,并探讨三者之间的关系。方法选取合肥市和南京市两所高等院校541名本科护生,采用情绪调节策略问卷(ERQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和生涯决策困难问卷(CDDQ)进行调查。结果本科护生的认知重评、表达抑制、领悟社会支持和生涯决策困难得分为(29.28±5.21)分、(15.37±4.48)分、(61.64±11.40)分和(153.68±37.05)分;生涯决策困难评分与表达抑制评分呈正相关(r=0.278,P<0.001),与领悟社会支持总分呈负相关(r=-0.141,P=0.001),与领悟社会支持的分维度社会支持、家庭支持、朋友支持评分均呈负相关(r=-0.145、-0.140、-0.100,P均<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,本科护生的表达抑制、家庭支持、疫情对职业选择的影响以及疫情期间感到焦虑、悲伤可以预测生涯决策困难(R=0.385,F=18.634,P<0.001)。结论本科护生的表达抑制、家庭支持是生涯决策困难的影响因素。高校教育者或教育部门应采取有针对性的措施帮助护生,提高其心理素质,正确应对生涯决策挑战。Objective To analyze the current situation of emotion regulation strategies,perceived social support,and career decision-making difficulties among undergraduate nursing students during the epidemic of Covid-19,and to explore the relationship between/among the three.Methods A total of 541 undergraduate nursing students from a college in Hefei City and a college in Nanjing City were enrolled and surveyed by using the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire(CDDQ).Results The scores of cognitive reassessments,expression inhibition,PSSS,and CDDQ were(29.28±5.21),(15.37±4.48),(61.64±11.40)and(153.68±37.05),respectively.The score of CDDQ was positively correlated with the score of expression inhibition(r=0.278,P<0.001),negatively correlated with the total score of PSSS(r=-0.141,P=0.001),and the scores of social support,family support,and friend support were negatively correlated with PSSS(r=-0.145,-0.140,-0.100,all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that expression inhibition,family support,the impact of the epidemic on career choice,and anxiety and sadness during the epidemic could predict career decision-making difficulties(R=0.385,F=18.634,P<0.001).Conclusions Expression inhibition and family support of undergraduate nursing students are the influencing factors of career decision-making difficulties.College educators or education departments should pay attention to the career decision-making difficulties of undergraduate nursing students,take targeted measures to help nursing students,improve psychological quality,and correctly respond to career decision-making challenges.
