基于CiteSpace的医院文化建设研究特点及趋势可视化探析

摘　　要：目的对医院文化建设领域的研究主题、研究热点和研究趋势进行探究,为推进医院文化建设提供参考。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)为检索平台,检索时间为2012-2022年,检索篇名中包含医院文化建设相关的文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件进行可视化分析。结果共有172篇文献纳入研究,发文量总体趋势较为平稳,2020年发文量较少,自2021年呈现上升态势;该领域高被引文献内容主要聚焦医院文化建设的战略思考、患者安全、人文关怀、队伍建设、精细化管理和组织建设等方面;关键词共现分析显示的关键词包括“医院文化”“文化建设”“公立医院”等,聚类分析显示的前6位的聚类集群分别为“医院文化”“影响因素”“公立医院”“医院”“安全文化”和“医院管理”,突现词分析显示的关键词包括“组织文化”“公立”“党建引领”等。结论关于医院文化建设的相关研究数量还略显不足,而推进医院高质量发展需要进一步强化医院文化建设的相关研究。结合医疗实践发展现状和百姓就诊的实际需求,创新医院文化建设的方式和路径,提升患者的就诊体验。Objective To explore the research themes,research hotspots and research trends in the field of hospital culture construction,so as to provide reference for promoting hospital culture construction.Methods Using CNKI as the retrieval platform,the retrieval time was from 2012 to 2022.The title of the retrieved articles included the literature related to hospital culture construction.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 172 articles were included in the study,and the overall trend of the number of articles published was relatively stable.The number of articles published in 2020 was relatively small,showing an upward trend since 2021.The highly cited literature in this field mainly focused on the strategic thinking,patient safety,humanistic care,team building,fine management and organization construction of hospital culture construction.The keywords co occurrence analysis showed that the keywords included"hospital culture","cultural construction","public hospitals",etc.The cluster analysis showed that the top six clusters were"hospital culture","influencing factors","public hospitals","hospitals","safety culture"and"hospital management".The analysis of burst words shows that the keywords include"organizational culture","public","leading by party building",etc.Conclusion The number of related research on hospital culture construction is still slightly insufficient,and the related research on hospital culture construction needs to be further strengthened to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.Combining the current situation of medical practice development and the actual needs of the people for medical treatment,innovate the way and path of hospital culture construction,and improve the patient's medical treatment experience.
