摘 要:为解决液固型云爆战斗部抛撒窜火问题,进行了阻燃隔层的设计,并开展了60 kg级装药燃料抛撒实验验证。结果表明,一定厚度的阻燃隔层可抑制窜火的发生。针对60 kg级装药云爆战斗部,当阻燃隔层厚度不小于10 mm时,抛撒过程不再发生窜火;燃料径向抛撒初速及云雾直径随阻燃隔层厚度的增加而减小,阻燃隔层厚度由10 mm增加至20 mm,燃料径向抛撒初速及云雾直径分别减小了20%和13%;随着阻燃隔层厚度的增加,燃料轴向抛撒初速及云雾厚度无明显变化。In order to solve the problem of premature combustion for liquid-solid composite FAE warhead,the flame-retardant layer was designed,and the 60 kg level charge fuel dispersal test was carried out.The results show that a certain thickness of flame-retardant layer can suppress the occurrence of premature combustion.For the 60 kg level charge FAE warhead,when the thickness of the flame-retardant layer is not less than 10 mm,premature combustion will no longer occur during the dispersion process.The initial velocity of fuel dispersion and the diameter of cloud decrease with the increase of the thickness of flame-retardant layer.When the thickness of the flame-retardant layer increases from 10 mm to 20 mm,the initial velocity of fuel dispersion and the diameter of cloud decrease by 20%and 13%,respectively.As the thickness of flame-retardant layer increases,there is no significant change in the initial velocity of fuel axial dispersion and cloud thickness.
