摘  要:发展新型电力系统必须要充分发挥负荷侧的调节能力,契合市场基础条件、体系化的市场化交易类型设计是充分利用负荷侧调节能力的重要基础。从商品、交易标的物和交易类型的概念辨析出发,根据当前国内外研究和发展动向,梳理了适用于可调节负荷的各种市场化交易类型,分析了这些交易类型之间的关联和替代关系,以及未来的演变趋势。指出带曲线的中长期电能交易、负荷侧报量报价和报调节能力的现货交易、相关的辅助服务和容量市场交易类型以及零售套餐交易等是未来负荷侧调节能力市场化的基本交易类型,各类需求响应项目、调峰交易、定制化的中长期电能交易等都有其特殊的适用主体和效用后果,在电力市场发展的特定时期,各有其适用空间。In order to develop the new style power system,it is necessary to fully utilize the regulatory capacity of load side,and the design of systematic market-based trading types that meet the basic market conditions are the important foundation.Based on the current research and development trends at home and abroad,this paper starts from the conceptual analysis of commodities,trading subjects,and trading types,sorts out various typical market-oriented trading types,analyzes the correlation and substitution between them,as well as the future evolutionary trends.It is pointed out that the medium and long term electric energy trading with curves,spot trading with load side volume,quotation and regulating ability,related auxiliary services and capacity market trading types,and retail package trading are the basic trading types for the marketization of load side regulation capacity.But various demand response projects,peak shaving regulation trading,customized medium and long term electric energy trading,etc.,have all their special application subjects and utility consequences in the specific period of electricity market development,and each has its own application space.
