从心理层面对看守所被羁押人员侵犯行为的剖析

摘　　要：本文从心理学视角出发,对于看守所被羁押人员的侵犯行为进行分析,为把握被羁押人员侵犯行为的深层动因、采取相应措施积极影响其认知,矫正其行为提供建议,避免其他被羁押人员无辜受到伤害,同时预防监所管理中被羁押人员伤人、自残、自杀等现象发生,保障看守秩序正常进行。From the perspective of psychology,this paper analyzes aggressive behavior of the detainees in prison,grasps the underlying causes of the infringement of the detainees,takes corresponding measures to actively affect their cognition,correct their behavior,avoid other innocent detainees being injured,and prevent the occurrence of injuries,self mutilation,suicide and other phenomena of the detainees in the management of prison,so as to ensure the normal progress of the guard order.
