摘　　要：在新时代的社会发展下,档案载体与形成方式会随着时代的进步而产生变化,从以往的纸张、光盘到现在的数字化档案管理方式,都是时代发展的必然产物,档案的载体具有时代性,档案载体材料与形成方式互相影响。基于此,深度分析档案载体材料与形成方式对档案管理行为理念的影响,并从现代化的档案载体材料和形成方式的角度进行探究,对档案管理行为理念进行深度创新,以先进的档案管理理念以及档案管理行为保障档案管理质量,提高档案管理水平,推动档案管理工作的顺利完成。Under the social development in the new era,the carrier and formation mode of archives will change with the progress of The Times.From paper and optical disc in the past to the current digital archive management mode,they are all inevitable products under the development of The Times.In other words,the carrier of archives has the characteristics of The Times,and the material and formation mode of the carrier of archives will influence each other.Through in-depth analysis of this,we understand the impact of archive carrier materials and formation modes on the behavioral concept of archive management,explore from the perspective of modern archive carrier materials and formation modes,and deeply innovate the behavioral concept of archive management,so as to ensure the quality of archive management and improve the level of archive management with modern and advanced archival management concepts and behaviors.And promote the development of archives management.
