腭垂腭咽成形术联合鼻腔鼻窦手术治疗成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析腭垂腭咽成形术联合鼻腔鼻窦手术治疗成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月贵阳市第二人民医院收治的成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者45例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(23例)与研究组(22例)。对照组采用腭垂腭咽成形术治疗,研究组采用腭垂腭咽成形术联合鼻腔鼻窦手术治疗。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况、治疗效果、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)。结果:两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);术后,研究组AHI低于对照组,LSaO2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:腭垂腭咽成形术联合鼻腔鼻窦手术治疗成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,可提升治疗效果,改善AHI和LSaO2水平,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of palatopharyngoplasty combined with nasal sinus surgery in the treatment of adult obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:Forty-five adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome admitted to Guiyang Second People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(23 cases)and study group(22 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated by palatopalyngoplasty,and the study group was treated by palatopalyngoplasty combined with nasal sinus surgery.Postoperative complications,treatment effect,sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and minimum blood oxygen saturation(LSaO2)were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011);After operation,AHI in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and LSaO2 was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:Palatopharyngoplasty combined with nasal sinus surgery in the treatment of adult obstructive sleep apnea syndrome can improve the therapeutic effect,improve AHI and LSaO2levels,and reduce complications.
