预防性护理模式在反流性食管炎患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析预防性护理模式应用于反流性食管炎患者中的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月滨州市中心医院收治的180例反流性食管炎患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各90例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础给予预防性护理模式。比较两组患者护理满意率、治疗依从性、负性情绪。结果:观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:预防性护理模式应用于反流性食管炎患者的效果显著,可提高护理满意率、治疗依从性,改善患者负性情绪。Objective:To analyze the effect of preventive nursing model applied to patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighty patients with reflux esophagitis treated in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with ninety cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given preventive nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction rate,treatment compliance and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021);The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035);After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of preventive nursing mode in patients with reflux esophagitis is remarkable,which can improve nursing satisfaction rate,treatment compliance,and improve patients'negative emotions.
