摘 要:采用固相反应法成功制备了Sm^(3+)离子掺杂的NiZn铁氧体材料Ni_(0.2)SmxZn_(0.6−1.5x)Cu_(0.2)Fe_(2)O_(4)(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15)。Sm^(3+)掺杂量对NiZn铁氧体的微观形貌和饱和磁化强度Ms产生明显影响,饱和磁化强度Ms随着Sm^(3+)掺杂量的增加而增大。实验结果表明,掺杂Sm^(3+)有效调控了NiZn铁氧体的电磁特性,当掺杂量为x=0.05时,NiZn铁氧体在低的频率下表现出最强的磁损耗和最优异的阻抗匹配,同时电磁衰减特性也得到明显提升,这极大增强了NiZn铁氧体对电磁波的吸收能力,显著拓宽了材料的有效吸波带宽,其最强反射损耗为−45 dB@4.5 mm,最大有效带宽为926 MHz@5 mm。Sm^(3+)ion doped NiZn ferrite material Ni_(0.2)SmxZn_(0.6−1.5x)Cu_(0.2)Fe_(2)O_(4)(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15)was successfully prepared by solid-state reaction method.Different Sm^(3+)doping amount has a significant effect on the micro-morphology and saturation magnetization Ms of NiZn ferrite.The saturation magnetization Ms increases with the increase of Sm^(3+)doping amount.The experimental results show that doping Sm^(3+)ions effectively regulates the electromagnetic characteristics of NiZn ferrite.When the doping amount is 0.05,NiZn ferrite exhibits the strongest magnetic losses and the best impedance matching at low frequencies.At the same time,the electromagnetic attenuation characteristics are also significantly improved,which greatly enhances the electromagnetic wave absorption ability of NiZn ferrite,significantly broadens the effective absorption bandwidth of the material,and its strongest reflection loss is−45 dB@4.5 mm,the maximum effective bandwidth is 926 MHz@5 mm.
