退火温度与成型压力对Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯性能的影响

摘  要:采用层状硅酸镁铝凝胶为包覆剂,对气雾化球形Fe-Si-Al合金磁粉进行绝缘包覆制备磁粉芯。研究了退火温度与成型压力对Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯性能的影响。研究表明,退火温度从650℃增至800℃时,Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯的有效磁导率μe由57.8提高至64.8,而其功率损耗P_(cv)由202.6 mW/cm^(3)显著下降至117.8 mW/cm^(3);成型压力从1200 MPa增加至2090 MPa时,Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯的密度ρ由5.51 g/cm^(3)上升至5.89 g/cm^(3),其有效磁导率μe由46.3显著提高至64.8,而功率损耗P_(cv)由123.5 mW/cm^(3)下降至117.8 mW/cm^(3)。通过损耗分离发现,升高退火温度和成型压力能显著降低其磁滞损耗Ph,而其涡流损耗Pe小幅度上升。In this paper,layered magnesium aluminum silicate gel was used as the coating agent to insulate the gas atomized spherical Fe-Si-Al alloy magnetic powder.The effects of annealing temperature and compaction pressure on the magnetic and mechanical properties of Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder cores were studied.The research shows that when the annealing temperature increases from 650℃to 800℃,the effective permeabilityμe of Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core increases from 57.83 to 64.75,while its power loss P_(cv)decreases significantly from 202.6 mW/cm^(3)to 117.8 mW/cm^(3).When compaction pressure increases from 1200 MPa to 2090 MPa,the densityρof Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core increases from 5.51 g/cm^(3)to 5.89 g/cm^(3),its effective permeabilityμe increases significantly from 46.34 to 64.75,and its power loss P_(cv)increases from 123.5 mW/cm^(3)dropped to 117.8 mW/cm^(3).Through loss separation,it is found that increasing the annealing temperature and compaction pressure can significantly reduce the hysteresis loss Ph,while the eddy current loss Pe increases slightly.
