摘 要:现代电子信息系统对磁调谐滤波器温度稳定性的要求越来越高,为实现磁调谐滤波器的高温度稳定性,对磁调谐滤波器工作温度稳定性的影响因素进行了简要分析,发现磁路导磁材料本身磁性能的变化是影响滤波器高温度稳定性的主要因素。基于此,采用导磁材料优选设计、低应力粘接设计、PTC加热功率优化等技术措施,实现了S~K波段滤波器的高温度稳定性(在−20~+65℃范围内,频率漂移≤25 MHz)。给出了器件典型响应曲线,并对其实验结果进行了分析,实例证明了这些措施的有效性。研究结果对超宽扫频磁调谐滤波器实现高温度稳定性设计具有一定指导意义和参考价值。The electronic information system expresses higher requirements for temperature stability of magnetically tuned filters.In order to achieve high temperature stability of the magnetic filters,the factors affecting the operating temperature stability of filters are briefly analyzed.The change in magnetic properties of permeability material in magnetic circuit is the main factors hindering the realization of high temperature stability of filters.Based on this,technology measures such as optimization of permeability material,low stress bonding and optimization of PTC heating power are adopted,achieving high temperature stability(in temperature range of–20 to 65℃,frequency drift≤25 MHz)in S to K band.The typical response curve of the device is given,and the experimental results are analyzed,which proves the feasibility of the measures.The measures are of certain guiding significance and reference for high temperature stability design of ultra-wide sweep frequency magnetically tuned filters.
