摘 要:随着5G通讯技术的发展,sub6G频段信道信号越来越拥挤,提高sub6G频段探测系统抗电磁干扰能力,是适应有效探测取证和预警的必然要求。分析了预警探测用的接收前端的主要技术要求,在此基础上,介绍了一种基于YIG调谐、能够有效抑制干扰的四通道接收前端的实现方法,并给出了设计方案及关键技术。该射频前端特有频率覆盖sub6G工作频带,具有窄/宽带可选控制模式,以及其适应恶劣环境温度的特性,极大地提高了接收前端的多系统兼容能力。实验结果表明,该接收前端具有设计方案合理、宽带接收、通用化、性能稳定可靠等特点,可用于电子对抗措施(ECM)、电子支援措施(ESM)和测向接收前端等整机系统中。With the development of 5G communication technology,sub6G band channel signals are becoming more and more crowded.Improving the anti electromagnetic interference ability of sub6G band detection system is an inevitable requirement for effective detection,forensics and early warning.The main technical requirements of the receiving front end for early warning detection system are analyzed.On this basis,an implementation method of YIG-tuned high-frequency receiving front end which can effectively suppress interference is introduced,and the design scheme and key technology are given.The unique wideband frequency of the RF front-end covers the sub6g working frequency band,and has the multi-channel narrow-band control mode,as well as its characteristics of adapting to harsh ambient temperature,which greatly improves the multi system compatibility of the receiving front-end.The experimental results show that the receiving front end features reasonable design scheme,broadband reception,generalization,stable and reliable performance,and can be used in the whole system such as ECM,ESM and DF receiver.
