摘 要:汽轮发电机组甩负荷试验目的为测取甩负荷后最高飞升转速变化曲线,通过对调节系统的动态特性分析考核汽机数字电液调节系统(digital electro-hydraulic control system,DEH)在甩负荷时的控制性能,通过对中国首台套超临界双抽背压式汽轮机组甩100%负荷试验结果进行分析,提出了在甩100%负荷过程中关键的控制点,尤其是甩负荷过程中的旁路控制、燃料控制、主蒸汽压力控制、给水控制、转速控制等方面进行充分分析研究,并进行了100%甩负荷试验,最终实现了在甩全负荷工况下的供热,各参数均良好,对热网产生的波动很小,有效提高了事故工况下的保障供热能力。本机组甩负荷后,转速飞升最大值3113 r/min,动态超调量3.77%,实现了超临界再热型双抽背压机组100%甩负荷试验一次成功,也为超临界双抽背压机组供热稳定性提高了良好的技术支撑。The purpose of the load rejection test of a steam turbine generator set is to measure the variation curve of the highest flying speed after load rejection,and to evaluate the control performance of the DEH(digital electro-hydraulic control system)speed control system of the steam turbine during load rejection by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the regulating system.Based on the analysis of 100%load rejection test results of the first set of supercritical double extraction back pressure steam turbine unit in China,the key control points in the process of 100%load rejection were proposed,especially the bypass control,fuel control,main steam pressure control,feedwater control,speed control,etc.in the process of load rejection were fully analyzed and studied,and 100%load rejection test was conducted,which finally realized the heating under the full load rejection condition,All parameters were good and had little fluctuation to the heat supply network,effectively improving the guaranteed heating capacity under accident conditions.After the load rejection of the unit,the maximum speed rise is 3113 r/min,and the dynamic overshoot is 3.77%.The 100%load rejection test of the supercritical reheat double extraction back pressure unit is successful once,which also improves the heat supply stability of the supercritical double extraction back pressure unit.
