摘 要:本研究结合高校学生武术学习在身体素质、武术技能水平等方面的不同差异,开展动态分层教学,并对分层教学法和传统教学法应用的效果进行实证性分析。结果表明:1.两者都可以提升大学生立定跳远、800米/1000米跑以及坐位体前屈水平,但是在中长跑项目上差异不显著,而在立定跳远和坐位体前屈两个项目上则呈显著性差异;2.两者在规格方面的得分没有显著性差异,但在节奏、精气神、熟练度以及劲力方面则具有显著性差异;3.采用分层教学的实验班在学习兴趣和合作态度方面都比采用传统方式教学的对照班更好;4.通过分层教学法模式进行学习的学生,在学习氛围、教学模式应用、武术课满意度等教学评价方面,都比传统模式教学下的学生评价成绩更高。This study combines the differences of college students in physical fitness and skill level in wushu(martial arts)learning,carries out dynamic stratified teaching and carries out empirical analysis on the effect of application.The results show that:1.Both stratification teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve the level of standing long jump,800m/1000m running and sitting forward bend of college students,but there is no significant difference in middle and long-distance running events,while there is significant difference in standing long jump and sitting forward bend of college students.2.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the score of stratification teaching method is not significantly different in terms of specifications,but it is significantly different in terms of rhythm,energy,proficiency and power.3.The experimental class with stratified teaching is better than the control class with traditional teaching methods in terms of learning interest and cooperative attitude.4.Students who learn through stratified teaching mode have higher performance than students who learn under traditional teaching mode in terms of learning atmosphere,application of teaching mode,satisfaction of wushu class and other aspects of teaching evaluation.
