摘 要:目的探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)与左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)的相关性。方法选择我院MHD患者162例,检测SUA水平及相关临床指标,测定左心室质量指数(left ventricular mass index,LVMI),根据LVMI将所有患者分为LVH组和非LVH组,并进行SUA与LVH的相关性分析。结果LVH组较非LVH组SUA水平高、糖尿病史例数多,血清白蛋白、三酰甘油水平低于非LVH组(P<0.05)。影响LVH的多因素logistic回归分析显示,校正心血管危险因素后,SUA仍是MHD患者LVH的独立危险因素(比值比=1.041,P=0.017)。结论MHD患者SUA与LVH存在相关性,随着SUA水平升高,LVH程度显著加重。Objective To explore the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA)and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 162 MHD patients in our hospital were selected,SUA level and related clinical indicators were measured,and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)was determined.All patients were divided into LVH group and non-LVH group according to the LVMI.The correlation between SUA and LVH was analyzed.Results Compared with non-LVH group,LVH group had higher SUA level,more historical cases of diabetes mellitus,and lower serum albumin and triglyceride levels than non-LVH group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis of LVH showed that SUA was still an independent risk factor for LVH in MHD patients after adjusting for cardiovascular risk factors(odds ratio=1.041,P=0.017).Conclusion There is a correlation between SUA and LVH in MHD patients.With the increase of SUA level,LVH degree increases significantly.
