摘　　要：介绍李斌教授内外合治儿童特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)的临床经验及学术观点。李斌教授认为儿童AD虚实夹杂,关键病机为心火亢盛、肺脾气虚,兼有心神不宁;辨证强调局部与整体相结合,分清主次,标本兼顾;治疗以内外合治,强调外治。处方选药内服以“清心泻火、培土生金”为原则,用药轻灵,外用以局部辨证为重,防治并举,擅用调神之品,重视身心同治。Professor Li Bin's clinical experience and academic views on the combined treatment of atopic dermatitis(AD)in children are presented.Professor Li Bin highlights that AD in children is mixed with deficiency and excess,and the key pathogenesis is hyper-fire in the heart,deficiency in the lung and spleen,and disturbed mind and spirit.Syndrome differentiation emphasizes the combination of local and whole,distinguishing primary and secondary,and taking both symptoms and root causes into consideration.Internal and external treatment should be combined in the treatment of children with AD,especially external treatment.The prescription for internal use is based on the principle of“clearing heart fire,cultivating earth and generating gold”.The medicine is light and gentle,and the external use should focus on the local syndrome differentiation,prevention and treatment should be combined.Besides,professor Li is good at using medications that regulate the mind and emphasizes treating the body and mind together.
