摘　　要：甘薯是重要的粮食作物、工业原料和能源作物.中国是全球最大的甘薯生产国、消费国和出口国.近年来,甘薯病毒病严重危害甘薯种植业的健康发展,因此甘薯病毒种类的鉴定和甘薯抗病毒策略的研究成为前沿问题.文章综述了侵染甘薯的病毒种类、甘薯病毒病检测技术、甘薯茎尖脱毒培养综合处理技术、甘薯抗病毒育种技术等方面的国内外研究进展情况,对甘薯病毒病的多方位防控进行了总结和展望,旨在为甘薯病毒病的有效控制提供理论依据、技术参考和思路借鉴.Sweet potato is an important food crop,industrial raw material and energy crops.China is the world’s largest sweet potato producer,consumer and exporter.In recent years,sweet potato virus disease has seriously harmed the healthy development of sweet potato planting industry,and also pushed the identification of sweet potato virus species and the study of sweet potato antiviral strategy to the forefront.This paper reviewed in detail the research progress at home and abroad on the types of viruses infecting sweet potato,the detection technology of sweet potato virus disease,the comprehensive treatment technology of virus-free culture of sweet potato stem tip,and the antiviral breeding technology of sweet potato,and summarized and prospected the multi-dimensional prevention and control of sweet potato virus disease,aiming to provide theoretical basis,technical reference and ideas for the effective control of sweet potato virus disease.
