摘  要:Inconel 718合金对有机酸、碱等具有良好的耐受性,同时具有渗氮、渗碳、熔盐、抗氧化等优点.由于具有较高的硬度以及加工硬化现象,镍基高温合金Inconel 718是一种典型的难加工金属材料.针对镍基高温合金Inconel 718的难加工问题,对比在常规切削(CC)和超声椭圆振动辅助切削(UEVC)的条件下使用不同形状的微织构刀具研究Inconel 718合金的切削性能.首先,分析UEVC加工机理及特性,建立刀具-切屑界面摩擦模型以及有限元仿真模型;其次,在两种加工方式下对模型进行切削分析.仿真结果表明:相比CC的加工性能,在UEVC加工条件下,微织构刀具的切削性能更好,促进了切屑的断裂脱落,三种微织构刀具在UEVC加工过程中的平均主切削力和推力大幅降低.Inconel 718 alloy has good resistance to organic acids and alkalis,and also has the advantages of nitriding,carburizing,molten salt and oxidation resistance.Due to its high hardness and hardening phenomenon,nickel-based high temperature alloy Inconel 718 is a typical metal material that is difficult to machine.In response to the difficult machining problem of Inconel 718 nickel-based high temperature alloy,the cutting performance of Inconel 718 alloy was studied by comparing the use of micro textured tools with different shapes under conventional cutting(CC)and ultrasonic elliptical vibration assisted cutting(UEVC)conditions.Firstly,the machining mechanism and characteristics of UEVC are analyzed,and the tool-chip interface friction model and finite element simulation model are established.Secondly,the cutting analysis of the model is carried out under two machining methods.Simulation results show that compared to CC's processing performance,under UEVC machining conditions,microtextured tools have better cutting performance and promote chip fracture and detachment.The average main cutting force and thrust of the three types of micro textured tools during the UEVC machining process are significantly reduced.
