摘　　要：习近平总书记在中央党校建校90周年庆祝大会暨2023年春季学期开学典礼上发表重要讲话,从党校初心、职责的高度深刻揭示了科研的独特价值所在,科研的价值地位得到高度肯定和充分彰显,这为新时代党校科研和智库工作指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。党校科研咨政工作为党委决策服务,这是党校科研咨政的基本职能和优势所在。西藏自治区委党校(行政学院)系统要充分认识科研资政在发挥党校职能作用中的重要意义,以开展主题教育为契机,找准当前西藏党校(行政学院)科研咨政工作中的短板弱项,探索健全“教学出题目,科研做文章,成果进课堂进决策”有效机制,推动教学培训、科学研究与决策咨询相互促进、协同发展。General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered an important speech at the celebration of the 9Oth anniversary of the founding of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and the opening ceremony of the school's Spring semester in 2023,profoundly revealing the unique value of scientific research from the height of the Party school's original intention and responsibilities.The value status of scientificresearch has been highly affirmed and fully demonstrated,which pointed out the way forward and provided fundamental guidelines for Party school research and idea tank work in the new era.The basic function and advantage of Party schools'scientific research advisory work is to serve the decision making of the Party Committee.The system of Party School of Xizang committee of the CPC(Xizang Academy of Governance)should fully understand the important significance of scientific research and administration in exerting the functions of Party schools,take the opportunity of the thematic education to identify the weaknesses in its current scientific research and administration work,explore and improve the effective mechanism of"teaching designs topics,scientific research forms articles,and results get into class and decision-making",so as to promote mutual and coordinated development of teaching and training,scientific research and decision-making consultation.
