摘 要:以上海浦东足球场索承网格结构施工为例,简述了竖向控制支架的性能要求、结构组成及施工工艺。根据不同施工阶段支架结构的约束状态,制定了两阶段预压力施加方案,其中第1阶段施加较小预压力以消除间隙、提升刚度,第2阶段施加较大预压力以控制压环梁的标高变化。在前述基础上,通过理论分析明晰所述施工工艺可有效微控压环梁位形。结合有限元分析与单肢验算法原理,完成了支架结构的承载力校核,解决了现行国家标准不适用的问题。最后,基于实践效果,对不同应用场景的支架组成提出了优选的建议。Taking the construction of cable-supported grid structure of Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium as an example,the performance requirements,structural composition and construction technology of vertical control support are briefly described.According to the constraint state of the support structure in different construction stages,a twostage preloading scheme is developed,in which a small preloading is applied in the first stage to eliminate the gap and improve the stiffness,and a large preloading is applied in the second stage to control the elevation change of the compression ring beam.On the basis of the above,through theoretical analysis,it is clear that the construction process can effectively micro-control the configuration of the ring beam.Combining the finite element analysis and the principle of single limb verification method,the bearing capacity check of the support structure is completed,and the problem that the current national standard is not applicable is solved.Finally,based on the practical effect,the optimal suggestions for the composition of scaffolds in different application scenarios are put forward.
