摘　　要：以上海临港综合区04PD-0107单元C12-01b地块标准厂房项目为例,为解决项目外立面安装单元压块式四企口夹芯板板材时存在的对基层龙骨精度要求高、板材拼接缝位置的防渗漏处理难度大、板材与各部分的节点深化复杂等难题,结合板材自身的特点与安装工艺,安排专业人员对图纸开展深化处理,解决了新材料、新工艺的安装技术难点,达到了较好的实施效果,可为相关人员提供参考。Taking the standard workshop project of Block C12-01b,Unit 04PD-0107 in Shanghai Lingang Comprehensive Zone as an example,in order to solve the problems of high precision requirements for base keel,difficult antileakage treatment at the joint position of the plate,and complex deepening of the joints between the plate and each part when installing the unit lock block type four-groove sandwich plate on the facade of the project,combined with the characteristics of the plate and the installation process,professional personnel were arranged to deepen the drawings,which solved the installation technical difficulties of new materials and new processes,and achieved good implementation results,which can provide reference for relevant personnel.
