摘　　要：以上海市黄浦区淮海中路街道123、124街坊地块项目中章太炎故居的第3次旋转平移为背景工程,总结了采用组合钢轨的关键技术解决步履行走器进行章太炎故居第3次整体旋转平移时所面临的冲突与问题,以及整个平移施工过程中对已完成结构的安全监测与管控,为今后类似项目提供参考。Based on the third rotation translation of Zhang Taiyan's former residence in the project of Block 123 and Block 124 of Huaihai Middle Road,Huangpu District,Shanghai,this paper summarizes the key technology of using composite rail to solve the conflicts and problems faced by the third overall rotation and translation of Zhang Taiyan's former residence by walking implement.As well as the safety monitoring and control of the completed structure in the whole translation construction process,it provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
