摘　　要：目的:研制一种人体参数测量椅,以满足空军飞行学员医学选拔中人体参数快速、精准测量的需求。方法:该测量椅依据GB/T 10000—1988《中国成年人人体尺寸》、GB 3975—1983《人体测量术语》和GB/T 5703—2010《用于技术设计的人体测量基础项目》设计,采用铝合金型材和标准木板制作,主要由测量椅主支架、坐高测量组件、坐姿眼高测量组件、臀膝距测量组件、上肢长测量组件、坐姿下肢长测量组件和数显系统组成,在标定好起点与终点后自动计算测量值。结果:采用该测量椅可快速测量坐高、坐姿眼高、上肢长、臀膝距、坐姿下肢长等指标,而且可有效避免测量过程中的人为误差,提高测量数据的准确性。结论:该测量椅自动化程度高、测量项目丰富、准确性高,为飞行人员医学选拔提供了重要的技术支持。Objective To develop a human body parameter measuring chair for rapid and accurate measurement of human body parameters during the medical selection of air force flight cadets.Methods A human body parameter measuring chair was designed based on GB/T 10000-1988"Human dimensions of Chinese adults",GB 3975-1983"Terms of anthropometry"and GB/T 5703-2010"Basic human body measurements for technological design",which was made of aluminum alloy profiles and standard wooden boards,and composed of a main support,five measurement components respectively for sitting height,sitting eye height,buttock-knee length,upper limb length and lower limb length(sitting)and a digital display system.The measuring values were calculated automatically after calibrating the starting point and the end point.Results The human body parameter measuring chair could measure the parameters such as the sitting height,sitting eye height,buttock-knee length,upper limb length and lower limb length(sitting),with the artificial errors eliminated and the data accuracy enhanced.Conclusion The human body parameter measuring chair gains advantages in automation,measurement range and accuracy,and provides technical support for the medical selection of air force flight cadets.
