摘  要:目的:设计一种核辐射单兵剂量仪系统,以为不同核辐射环境下的单兵剂量监测提供全面技术支持。方法:该系统基于ZigBee和窄带物联网(narrow band internet of things,NB-IoT)设计,主要由单兵剂量仪、ZigBee路由器、集中器、物联网云平台以及应用终端设备组成。其中单兵剂量仪由个人剂量仪嵌入ZigBee终端组成;集中器由ZigBee协调器和NB-IoT模块组成;物联网云平台采用中国移动OneNET物联网云平台,其采用Web架构设计。对单兵剂量仪的辐射性能和通联性能及系统的Web应用进行测试,验证该系统的可靠性和稳定性。结果:单兵剂量仪的辐射性能符合国家标准要求,通联性能符合应用要求;该系统的Web应用各项功能运行正常,符合设计要求。结论:该系统能够实现单兵核辐射实时剂量远程监测及历史剂量集中管理,具有组网快速灵活、适用范围广、成本低等优势,对提高军队核辐射剂量监管水平具有重要意义。Objective To design a nuclear radiation individual dosimeter system to provide comprehensive technical support for personal dose monitoring in different nuclear radiation environments.Methods A nuclear radiation individual dosimeter system was developed based on ZigBee and narrow band internet of things(NB-IoT),which was composed of an individual dosimeter,a ZigBee router,a concentrator,an IoT cloud platform and application terminal devices.The individual dosimeter was made by embedding a personal dosimeter into a ZigBee terminal;the concentrator consisted of a ZigBee coordinator and a NB-IoT module;OneNET China Mobile Internet of Things Platform with a Web architecture was involved in the system.Tests were carried out on the radiation and connection performances of the individual dosimeter and the Web application of the system so as to verify the reliability and stability of the system.Results The individual dosimeter had its radiation performance meet national standard requirements and connection performance satisfy application requirements;the system developed behaved well during Web application and met design requirements.Conclusion The system developed can be used for remote real-time monitoring of individual radiation dose and centralized management of historical doses,which gains advantages in fast and flexible networking,wide scope of application and low cost and is of great significance for enhancing military nuclear radiation dose supervision.
