摘 要:阐述了图像引导肝肿瘤热消融治疗介入导航系统的工作原理,综述了光学导航系统、电磁导航系统、超声导航系统和基于增强现实的导航系统4种介入导航系统的研究现状,分析了目前介入导航系统存在的问题,指出了设计基于临床多约束条件的热消融针穿刺路径自动规划新方法、实现实时跟踪定位并确保导航精度、建立介入导航系统的完整评价体系和应用规范、进一步解决人体呼吸运动等因素对精准定位的干扰等是未来介入导航系统的发展趋势。The working principle of the interventional navigation system for image-guided thermal ablation of liver tumors was described.The research status of four interventional navigation systems was reviewed,including optical navigation system,electromagnetic navigation system,ultrasound navigation system and augmented reality-based navigation system.The problems of the interventional navigation system were analyzed.It's pointed out that the interventional navigation system in the future would involve in the automatic planning of the puncture path of thermal ablation needles based on clinical multi-constraints,the real-time tracking and positioning with ensured navigation accuracy,the complete evaluation system and application specification and the elimination of the interferences of the human body's respiratory movement and other factors on the accurate positioning.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2023,44(8):95-101]
