摘 要:论述了脉冲抑制电路的工作原理、应用需求以及电路设计中需要考虑的因素。为了解决以太网在ISO 7637-3:2016和GB/T 21437.3—2021试验中可能出现的异常性能降级的问题,研制了一款用于车载智能网联终端以太网端口防护的脉冲抑制电路用于保护辅助设备,包括脉冲电压钳位电路和滤波电路两部分。研制的脉冲抑制电路对200 V的脉冲3a和3b抑制后残压低于11 V。研制的脉冲抑制电路插入以太网通信系统后,没有引起通信性能的明显变化。通过本研究为涉及车载智能网联终端产品的性能准确判定提供理论和技术支撑。The main principle of pulse suppression circuit,application requirements and circuit design factors were analyzed.In order to solve the problem of abnormal performance degradation of Ethernet during test according ISO 7637-3:3016 and GB/T 21437.3—2021,a pulse suppression circuit for Ethernet port protection of vehicle intelligent network terminals is developed,including pulse clamp circuit and filter decoupling circuit.The circuit has a lower pulse suppression residual voltage,less than 11 V for initial voltage at 200 V.After the circuits were inserted into the Ethernet communication system,there was no obvious impact on communication property.It may provides theoretical and technical support for accurately determining the performance of automotive intelligent connected terminal products.
