摘 要:力值输出装置需要定期使用标准负荷测量仪测量,确保其输出力值符合要求。目前使用的测量仪表多为单个硬件通道,无法实现多通道同时测量,并且人机交互能力有限。为克服目前仪表的缺陷,设计多通道负荷测量仪。仪表在CPU单片机硬件结构基础上,根据实际测量过程中的功能需求编制软件程序,可同时对3个力值信号进行测量,实现多通道测量。实验结果表明:该仪表具有测量实时性好、准确度高、人机交互功能方便、操作简单等特点。The force value output device needs to use the standard load measuring instrument to measure regularly to ensure that its output force value meets the requirements.At present,most of the measuring instruments are single hardware channel,which can not achieve multichannel simultaneous measurement,and the human-computer interaction ability is limited.In order to overcome the shortcomings of current instruments,multi-channel load measuring instrument is designed.Based on the hardware structure of CPU single-chip microcomputer,the instrument can measure three force signals at the same time and realize multi-channel measurement.The experimental results show that the instrument has the advantages of good real-time performance,high accuracy,convenient human-computer interaction and simple operation.
