摘  要:针对目前各计量技术机构对检测电接点压力表的设定点偏差和切换差项目采取不同的检测方法,该文选取三种常见的检测方法,从连接方式、加压方式、示值读取和记录方式三个方面比较各项目的不同操作方法,再经过数据处理分析各方法的数据差异。实验结果表明,各检测方法对被测电接点压力表的设定点偏差值和切换差值的符合性判定结果影响较小,但各检测方法的难易度不同,导致了对计量人员的专业素养有不同的要求,且对其工作效率有一定的影响。通过该文的对比分析,可以给各计量技术机构在检测电接点压力表方法选择上提供一定的参考。Different measurement institutions will adopt different detection methods for the set point deviation and switching difference items of electric contact pressure gauges.This article selects three common detection methods and compares the different operations of each project from three aspects:connection method,pressurization method,reading and recording method.After data processing,the data differences of each method are analyzed.The experimental results show that each detection method has a relatively small impact on the compliance judgment results of the set point deviation value and switching difference of the tested electrical contact pressure gauge.However,the difficulty of each detection method varies,resulting in different requirements for the professional literacy of metrological personnel and having a certain impact on their work efficiency.Through the comparative analysis of this article,it can provide certain reference for various measuring institutions in selecting methods for detecting electrical contact pressure gauges.
