摘 要:目前,国内对高速率连续波技术地面水循环管线试验结果分析中,缺乏对下游管线边界反射干扰的理论分析。为此,建立了脉冲器与试验管线的数值仿真模型,以研究不同长度管线及工作频率下的压力波发生、反射过程。研究结果表明:转子旋转时,上、下游同时产生相位相反、幅值相等的膨胀波与压缩波;压力波在大气出口发生“软边界”反射,幅值相等、相位相反,而且反射波在转子处发生二次反射与透射,幅值减小、相位不变;发生波与反射波的时延为整数倍周期时,二者幅值翻倍,波形改善;时延为非整数倍周期时,二者幅值减小,波形甚至会严重畸变;地面试验下游管线设计推荐采用0 m出口管线。研究结果可为地面水循环试验压力波信号的频率选择以及管线设计提供理论指导。There is a lack of theoretical analysis on downstream pipeline boundary reflection interference in the analysis of surface water circulation pipeline test results using high-speed continuous wave technology in China.Therefore,a numerical simulation model for the pulser and test pipeline was built to study the generation and reflection process of pressure wave under different lengths of pipelines and operating frequencies.The study results show that when the rotor rotates,both expansion and compression waves with opposite phase and equal amplitude are generated simultaneously in the upstream and downstream pipelines.The pressure wave is reflected at the atmospheric pressure outlet in a“soft boundary”with equal amplitude and opposite phase,and the reflected wave has secondary reflection and transmission at the rotor,the amplitude decreases and the phase remains unchanged.When the time delay of generated and reflected waves is integral multiple cycle,their amplitudes are doubled and their waveforms are improved.When the time delay is not integral multiple cycle,their amplitudes decrease,and their waveforms even seriously distort.A 0 m outlet line is proposed for the design of downstream pipeline of surface test.The study results provide theoretical guidance for the frequency selection of pressure wave signals in surface water circulation test and pipeline design.
