摘 要:为使在宽钻井液排量变化范围内随钻涡轮发电机输出电压得到补偿和稳定,通过建立随钻涡轮发电机及励磁控制Simulink模型,研究涡轮转速、负载变化及工具行为对发电机输出电压、输出功率和励磁控制的影响。仿真和试验结果表明:当励磁电流为0时,输出电压的范围满足旋转导向工具正常运行的需求,在额定转速范围内,发电机的输出功率达到4 kW;励磁控制系统模型和控制电路的调节性能基本一致,升降压励磁电流达到预期设计指标要求;当随钻涡轮发电机励磁控制系统在升压增磁状态和降压弱磁状态工作时,电压调整率为-19%~20%。所得结论可为旋转导向工具的水力循环测试、实际钻井作业和车间维保等提供数据支持。To compensate and stabilize the output voltage of the turbogenerator while drilling within a wide variation range of mud displacement,a Simulink model of the turbogenerator while drilling and excitation control was built to study the effects of turbine speed,load change and tool behavior on the output voltage,output power,and excitation control of the generator.The simulation and test results show that when the excitation current is equal to 0,the range of output voltage meets the requirements for normal operation of the rotary steering tool,and within the rated speed range,the output power of the generator reaches 4 kW.The regulation performance of the excitation control system model and control circuit is basically consistent,and the boosting and reducing excitation current meets the expected requirements of design indices.When the excitation control system of the turbogenerator while drilling operates in the states of boosting and increasing magnetic field and reducing and weakening magnetic field,the voltage regulation factor ranges from-19%to 20%.The conclusions provide data support for hydraulic circulation test,actual drilling operation and workshop maintenance of rotary steering tools.
