摘　　要：抗反冲阀是隔水管张紧系统的关键设备。对抗反冲阀的液压原理和机械结构进行了设计,并建立了三维仿真模型。利用计算流体力学有限元仿真平台,设定阀张紧液缸口边界条件为流体流量,模拟液缸运动形成的流量变化,分析了主阀口不同开度下主流道内部流场的流速和压力分布,以及主阀芯所受轴向液动力的变化情况。将仿真分析数据和结果应用到以抗反冲阀测试系统为基础,建立抗反冲阀动态仿真模型,进一步分析了阀的动态关断特性。仿真结果表明:该阀的内部流场静态性能优良,主阀芯动态关断响应迅速,满足设计要求。研究结果可为抗反冲阀的国产化设计制造提供参考。The anti-recoil valve is a key equipment in the riser tensioning system,Compact and complet struc fure,which cimits its desiga and development.In view of this,the hydraulic principle and mechanical structure design were completed,and a 3D simulation model was built.Then,the finite element simulation platform of computational fluid dynamics was used to set the boundary condition of the valve tensioning hydraulic cylinder port as fluid flow to simulate the flow change caused by the movement of the hydraulic cylinder,and analyze the flow velocity and pressure distribution of the flow field in the main channel under different openings of the main valve port and the change of axial hydraulic force on the main spool.Finally,on the basis of the anti-recoil valve test system,the simulation analysis data and results were used to build a dynamic simulation model of the anti-recoil valve to further analyze the dynamic shutdown characteristics of the valve.The simulation results show that the static performance of internal flow field of the valve is excellent,the dynamic shutdown response of the main spool is fast,meet the design requirements.The research results provide reference for the localization design and manufacturing of the anti-recoil valve.
