摘  要:针对水平井和大位移井防砂完井过程中筛管通过井眼弯曲段极易发生屈曲破坏的问题,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立了弯曲载荷作用下平行布孔、交错布孔和螺旋布孔筛管的有限元模型;研究了弯曲载荷作用下筛管几何参数和布孔参数对平行布孔、交错布孔和螺旋布孔筛管极限弯矩的影响规律。研究结果表明:当孔密较小时,随着孔密和孔径的增大,3种布孔形式筛管的极限弯矩近似相等;当孔密较大时,随孔径和孔密度增大,交错布孔筛管极限弯矩最大;当孔密极大时,随孔径和孔密度增大,螺旋布孔形式筛管的极限弯矩最大;此外,随着孔径或孔密的增大,交错布孔筛管的极限弯矩降低程度最为明显。研究结果可为现场筛管布孔形式的选择和参数优化提供重要参考。In the process of sand control completion of horizontal and extended reach wells,flection failure may occur when the screen pipe passes through the crooked hole section.In this paper,the ABAQUS finite element software was used to build the finite element models of screen pipes with parallel,crossed and helical hole patterns under bending load,and the influence of geometric parameters and hole layout parameters of screen pipes on the ultimate bending moment of screen pipes with parallel,crossed and helical hole patterns under bending load was studied.The study results show that,given small hole density,as the hole density and size increase,the ultimate bending moments of the screen pipes with 3 hole patterns are approximately equal.Given large hole density,as the hole size and density increase,the ultimate bending moment of the screen pipe with crossed hole pattern is the maximum.Given extremely large hole density,as the hole size and density increase,the ultimate bending moment of the screen pipe with helical hole pattern is the maximum.In addition,as the hole size or density increases,the ultimate bending moment of the screen pipe with crossed hole pattern decreases most significantly.The study results provide important references for the selection of field screen pipe hole pattern and the optimization of relevant parameters.
