摘　　要：目的 分析类风湿性关节炎患者白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、血清可溶程序性死亡分子-1(sPD-1)、正五聚素蛋白-3(PTX3)、微小核糖核酸-132(miR-132)的表达意义。方法 选择我院2022年12月至2023年12月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者100例为对象(A组),骨关节炎50例为B组,健康体检正常50例为对照组,比较相关资料。结果 A组、B组、对照组IL-8、sPD-1、PTX3、mi R-132差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动期、缓解期IL-8、sPD-1、PTX3、miR-132差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度、中度、重度患者IL-8、sPD-1、PTX3、miR-132差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 类风湿性关节炎患者检测IL-8、sPD-1、PTX3、miR-132的意义明确,对其分析能判断疾病的情况,确定严重程度,结合相关信息制订治疗方案。Objective To analyze the expression significance of interleukin-8(IL-8),serum soluble PD-1(sPD-1),ortho pentameric protein-3(PTX3)and microRNA-132(miR-132)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as subjects(A group),50 cases with osteoarthritis as B group,and 50 cases with normal health physical examination as control,and relevant data were compared.Results The IL-8,sPD-1,PTX3,miR-132 in A group,B group,and control group were significantly different(P<0.05).The IL-8,sPD-1,PTX3,miR-132 in active and remission periods were significantly different(P<0.05).The IL-8,sPD-1,PTX3,miR-132 in mild,moderate,and severe patients were significantly differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The significance of testing IL-8,sPD-1,PTX3,miR-132 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis has great reference,and their analysis can determine the condition of the disease,determine the severity,and develop a treatment plan by combining relevant information.
