摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对Leep刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈疾病效果的影响。方法 参与到本次研究的患者为62例宫颈疾病患者,研究起止时间是2022年1月至2023年1月,所有患者均在本院行Leep刀宫颈锥切术治疗,以奇偶数法将其分成两组,研究组实施综合护理干预措施,常规组实施常规干预措施,对比两组的护理效果。结果 研究组患者手术一次成功率为100.00%,高于常规组的87.10%,研究组患者的护理总满意度为96.77%,高于常规组的80.65%,研究组患者手术并发症发生率为3.23%,低于常规组的22.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量评分远高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预措施的应用能够提高宫颈疾病Leep刀宫颈锥切术治疗成功率,同时对减少并发症、改善患者生活质量也有积极的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cervical diseases in patients treated with Leep knife conectomy.Methods Sixty-two patients with cervical diseases were enrolled in this study,all of whom were treated with Leep knife cervical conectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into two groups by odd and even method.During this period,comprehensive nursing intervention measures were implemented in the study group,while routine intervention measures were implemented in the routine group,and nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one operation in the study group was 100.00%,higher than 87.10%in the conventional group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 96.77%,higher than 80.65%in the conventional group,and the incidence of surgical complications in the study group was 3.23%,lower than 22.58%in the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was much higher than that of the conventional group,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the success rate of treatment of cervical diseases with Leep knife conectomy,reduce complications and improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worth promoting vigorously.
