家庭访视护理在基层孕产妇保健中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨在基层孕产妇保健工作中采用家庭访视护理模式开展护理取得的效果。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年2月配合基层孕产妇保健工作的56例孕产妇作为本次研究的对象,采用随机数字表法将孕产妇分成两组,分别给予常规护理(对照组)和家庭访视护理(研究组),记录两组孕产妇的各项临床指标并进行对比,重点分析家庭访视护理服务的实施效果。结果 研究组经过护理后对于保健知识的掌握水平更高,研究组护理服务质量评分更高,研究组经护理后的负性情绪评分更低,研究组经过护理后的生活质量水平更高,研究组护理满意度更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 家庭访视护理可提升基层孕产妇的保健工作水平,对孕产妇健康的优化具有良好的促进作用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of using home visit nursing mode in grassroots maternal health work.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,56 cases of grassroots maternal health work were selected as the subjects of this study.The pregnant and postpartum women were divided into two groups using a random number list and given routine care(control group)and home visit care(research group),respectively.The clinical indicators of the two groups of pregnant and postpartum women were recorded and compared,with a focus on analyzing the implementation effect of home visit care services.Results After receiving nursing care,the research group had a higher level of mastery of health knowledge,the nursing service quality score of the research group was higher,the research group had lower negative emotional scores after nursing care,the research group had a higher level of quality of life after receiving care,the research group showed higher satisfaction with nursing care,and the data of the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Family visit nursing can help nurses improve the health care level of grassroots pregnant and lying-in women,and it has a good promoting effect on optimizing the health of pregnant and lying-in women.
