摘　　要：简述了卫星通信地球站电磁环境干扰电平的测量方法。针对测量方法、测试系统和测试环境的特点,系统地总结了卫星通信地球站电磁环境干扰电平测量过程中存在的各种误差修正项和不确定度,同时给出了各项不确定度的评定方法。分析计算得出了卫星通信地球站电磁环境干扰电平测量过程中存在的各项标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。The measurement method of the electromagnetic environment interference level in the satellite communication earth station is briefly described.According to the characteristics of the measurement method,test system and test environment,various error correction terms and uncertainties in the measurement process of electromagnetic environment interference level are systematically summarized,and the evaluation methods of uncertainties are provided.Finally,the standard uncertainty,combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty in the measurement of electromagnetic environment interference level of satellite communication earth stations are calculated.
