摘 要:针对航天测控、高精度干涉测量等领域对高精度频标信号相位测量的需求,提出了一种基于FPGA和微处理器硬件平台的高精度频标信号鉴相方法。介绍了该方法的系统组成和工作原理,阐述了其工作流程。搭建了高精度鉴相方法验证平台,对鉴相精度等指标进行了测试。试验结果表明,该方法对100 MHz频标信号相位测量精度可达到0.058°,相位测量偏差在±0.15°。基于该方法的光纤时频传输系统也验证了方法的有效性。A high-accuracy method of phase measurement of frequency standard signals is presented based on the microprocessor and FPGA,in order to meet the requirements of that in the fields of aerospace TT&C and high-accuracy interferometer.The system composition and the principle of the method are introduced,and the workflow is elaborated.A verification platform of the high-accuracy phase measurement method is built,and the accuracy of phase measurement and other indices are tested.The results show that the phase of the 100 MHz frequency standard signal can be measured with an accuracy of 0.058°,and the deviation is±0.15°.The effectiveness is also verified with an optical fiber time-frequency transmission system based on this method.
