摘  要:通过考察某石化乙烯装置乙烯精馏塔降压操作对塔顶冷凝器、乙烯球罐、塔负荷及循环乙烷冷量回收等方面的影响,发现塔顶冷凝器和乙烯球罐为乙烯精馏塔降压操作主要瓶颈。将塔顶冷凝器和乙烯球罐改造后,乙烯精馏塔可降压(表)至1.63 MPa,节省操作费用450万元/a,改造所投入的2700万元预计6 a可回收投资成本。Through investigating the influence of depressurization operation of the ethylene rectification tower in an ethylene plant on overhead condenser,ethylene sphere tank,tower load and cooling capacity recovery of cycle ethane,it is found that overhead condenser and ethylene sphere tank are the main bottlenecks of the depressurization operation.After revamping the overhead condenser and the ethylene sphere tank,the ethylene rectification tower can be depressurized to 1.63 MPa(G),saving the operating cost by 4.5 million yuan per year.It is estimated that the revamping cost of 27 million yuan can be recovered in nearly 6 years.
