摘 要:针对乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生系统腐蚀泄漏造成装置能耗升高、运行周期缩短、管道堵塞等问题,通过技术攻关和经验总结,明确了急冷水和稀释蒸汽系统腐蚀的根本原因,建立了防腐工艺技术流程和监测分析标准,指导装置加强设备运行管理、提升腐蚀监检测效果、优化工艺防腐措施、减少腐蚀隐患,保障急冷水和稀释蒸汽系统关键设备的长周期运行。To solve the problems such as increased energy consumption,shortened operating cycle and pipeline blockage caused by the corrosion leakage of dilution steam system in ethylene plant,this paper identifies the root causes of the corrosion of quench water and dilution steam systems through technical research and experience summary,and establishes anti-corrosion technological processes and monitoring analysis standards to guide the unit in strengthening equipment operation management,improving corrosion monitoring and detection effectiveness,optimizing process anti-corrosion measures and eliminating corrosion hazards,so as to ensure the long-term operation of critical equipment in the quench water and dilution steam systems.
