摘 要:独山子石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置甲烷化反应器通过镍系催化剂在288~323℃工况下,将冷箱系统分离出的粗氢(含CO)进行净化(甲烷化反应),脱除粗氢中的CO。反应后的氢气经降温干燥脱水后被送至下游用户。介绍了该乙烯装置甲烷化反应器高温催化剂的使用现状,并与低温催化剂进行了性能对比分析,列举了两种催化剂的优缺点。同时,对比了两种催化剂对能耗的影响,低温催化剂节能效果更优。The CO-containing crude hydrogen separated from cold box system is purified in the methanation reactor of the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company by nickel-based catalysts at 288~323℃to remove the CO in crude hydrogen.The hydrogen from the reactor is cooled,dried and dehydrated before being sent to downstream users.This paper introduces the use of high temperature catalyst in the methanation reactor of this ethylene plant,compares and analyzes the performance of high temperature catalyst with that of low temperature catalyst,and lists the advantages and disadvantages of these two catalysts.The comparison of the impact of these two catalysts on energy consumption shows that low temperature catalyst has better energy-saving effect.
