摘　　要：以“现代电气控制系统安装与调试”课程为例,从学情出发,围绕“知行合一,日新臻善”,以“引、导、做、赛、思”实施教学过程,形成基于成果导向的“三善五步”教学法,实现教师科研创新与学生培养相互促进。Taking the course“Installation and Debugging of Modern Electrical Control Systems”as an example,this thesis started from the learning situation and focused on the educational idea of“unity of knowledge and action,daily improvement of goodness”to design the teaching.The teaching process was implemented with“lead-in,guidance,action,competition,and thinking”,which formed a“three goodness and five steps”teaching method based on result orientation,achieving mutual promotion of teacher s scientific research innovation and students training.
