摘 要:目的 发展构型一致的显式方法,以提高拉格朗日有限元对冲击、碰撞及侵彻问题计算的精度和健壮性。方法 为更准确地描述和计算结构大变形,基于任意参考构型理论,建立构型一致的动量方程拉格朗日有限元格式。为避免网格间侵入现象,通过结合前增量位移的时间积分方法和共轭梯度算法,使得显式增量步更新后,仍满足接触非侵入条件。结果 通过对大变形碰撞及侵彻问题的模拟,并与LS-DYNA软件结果对比,验证了计算方法的可靠性。结论 基于构型一致的显式算法可有效抑制大变形碰撞过程的单元畸变,提高计算程序的健壮性和预测准确度,使该算法在模拟大变形碰撞问题方面具有优势。The work aims to develop an explicit algorithm with consistent configuration to improve the accuracy and robustness of Lagrangian finite element calculation for impact,collision and penetration problems.In order to describe and calculate the large deformation of the structure more accurately,a Lagrangian integral equation of momentum equation with consistent configuration was established based on the theory of arbitrary reference configuration.To avoid the penetration phenomenon between the elements,the forward incremental displacement time integral method and the conjugate gradient algorithm were used to ensure that the non-penetration conditions were still satisfies after the explicit incremental was updated.The reliability of the computational method was verified by simulating the large deformation collision and penetration problems and comparing them with the results of LS-DYNA software.The results also show that the explicit algorithm based on configuration consistency can effectively suppress element distortion in large deformation collision,and improve the robustness and accuracy of calculation.It makes the method have advantages in simulating large deformation collision problems.
