摘 要:文中从家具结构疲劳研究对象及影响因素、疲劳测试标准、判定准则与预测方法等方面概括、分析了家具结构疲劳测试与分析方法的研究现状,并阐明该领域现存的问题及解决策略。研究得出:1)研究对象较为集中,主要以整体家具或家具构件为测试与分析对象,缺乏对家具节点疲劳松动演化的深入研究。2)家具疲劳测试的标准有待进一步完善,应考虑不同接合方式及家具种类,以应对日益更新的家具产品。同时,国内外家具疲劳测试标准在测试方法上存在差异,欧美标准主要采用渐进式加载方法,而国内标准则采用固定式加载方法。3)家具疲劳分析及预测方法主要以实验数据为基础,回归分析得到疲劳寿命曲线,预测方法局限于相同的测试条件。应系统阐明家具节点的疲劳损伤演化机制,考虑家具常见使用行为(载荷工况),并基于计算机仿真分析方法,构建准确度更高的家具疲劳寿命预测模型。The research on the methods for furniture fatigue test and analysis is summarized and analyzed from the perspectives of testing subject,influencing factors,fatigue testing standard,and determination criterion and prediction method.It is concluded:1)Most studies take the furniture or furniture parts as the subject of testing and analysis,while there is lack of in-depth study of the evolution of fatigue loose;2)The fatigue testing standard of furniture needs to be further improved,and the method of jointing and the type of furniture should be considered to meet requirements of furniture upgrading.There are differences in furniture fatigue testing standards between China and foreign countries.The standards implemented in North America and Europe mainly adopt progressive cyclic load,while the standard in China adopts the constant cyclic load;and 3)The analysis and prediction of furniture fatigue is based on the experimental test.Through regression analysis,the curve of fatigue life could be generated,while the prediction method can be only used in the same test condition.Therefore,it is proposed to systematically elaborate the fatigue loose evolution mechanism of furniture joints and establish the more accurate prediction model of furniture fatigue life by using computer simulation analysis method and by considering the common behaviors of human using furniture.
