“农民下楼”的行动逻辑——兼论农民与土地的关系

摘　　要：本文以一个城镇化社区“农民下楼”现象为切入点,分析不同社会经济条件的搬迁农民“下楼”的动因以及隐藏在此现象之下的农民与土地关系。研究发现,对于“上楼”的失利农民,乡土空间的经济补偿与社会吸纳构成了他们“下楼”的直接社会经济动因;对于“上楼”的非失利和“得利”农民,村中“陋室”演变成他们维持家庭继替结构、权力结构与财产结构稳定和延续的地缘空间,田间地头的劳作则是其重建社会联结与对抗“本体性脆弱”和维持“本体性安全”的现实场域。理解和尊重土地对农民的重要意义,有助于更好地推动城乡融合发展。This article takes the phenomenon of“farmers going downstairs”in an urbanization community as a starting point to analyze the factors driving different socio-economic groups of farmers to move downstairs,as well as the farmer-land relationship hidden beneath this phenomenon.The study found that the economic compensation and social absorption of the rural space to the failed farmers constituted the direct socio-economic motivation for the farmers to go downstairs;The“humble house”in the village has evolved into the geographical support for farmers to maintain the stability and continuity of family succession structure,power structure and property structure;Working in the field is the public space for the social interaction of the farmers downstairs and the real field for fighting against“ontological vulnerability”and maintaining“ontological security”.Understanding and respecting the importance of land for farmers will promote the integration of urban and rural development.
