摘　　要：目的了解慢性心力衰竭患者发生厌食的现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取181例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、简化营养食欲评估表(SNAQ)、患者健康问卷抑郁量表、疲乏量表对患者进行调查,比较不同人口学特征患者的厌食发生率,采用Logistic回归模型分析慢性心力衰竭患者发生厌食的影响因素。结果慢性心力衰竭患者SNAQ总分为(13.86±2.48)分,厌食发生率为51.9%。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、纽约心脏病协会心功能分级、近1年因心力衰竭住院次数的慢性心力衰竭患者的厌食发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、患者健康问卷抑郁量表得分及疲乏量表得分是慢性心力衰竭患者发生厌食的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者厌食的发生率较高,婚姻状况、抑郁情绪及疲乏均是慢性心力衰竭患者发生厌食的影响因素。Objective To understand the current status of anorexia occurrence in patients with chronic heart failure,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 181 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the research subjects.Investigation was performed on patients by using the General Data Inventory,Simplified Nutritional Appetite Questionnaire(SNAQ),Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale,and Fatigue Scale.The incidence rate of anorexia was compared between patients with different demographic characteristics.The influencing factors for chronic heart failure patients suffering from anorexia were analyzed by employing the Logistic regression model.Results The total score of SNAQ in patients with chronic heart failure was 13.86±2.48,and the incidence rate of anorexia was 51.9%.There was statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of anorexia between chronic heart failure patients with different gender,age,marital status,educational level,New York Heart Association cardiac function classification,and frequency of hospitalization for heart failure in the last 1 year(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis revealed that marital status,scores of Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale and Fatigue Scale were the influencing factors for the occurrence of anorexia in patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of anorexia in patients with chronic heart failure is at a high level.Marital status,depression,and fatigue are the influencing factors for the occurrence of anorexia in patients with chronic heart failure.
