摘 要:目的探讨信息化管理平台在医疗设备维护管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月医院正常运行的2146台医疗设备为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(1073台)和对照组(1073台)。对照组使用传统设备维护管理模式,观察组采用医疗设备管理软件对设备维护进行管理。比较两组维护保养达标率、报修响应时间、报修次数、故障排除时间及临床医护人员的满意度。结果观察组维护保养达标率和抽检合格率显著高于对照组,报修响应时间、报修次数、故障排除时间等维修效率指标低于对照组,设备不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床医护人员满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗设备维护管理中应用信息化管理平台具有较好效果,可有效控制医疗设备质量,实现设备动态信息的闭环管理,提高设备完好率和工程师维修效率,获得临床科室好评。Objective To explore effect of information management platform in medical equipment maintenance and management.Methods With the selection of 2146 medical devices that were operating normally in hospitals from April 2022 to April 2023 as the research subjects,the devices were divided into an observation group(1073 units)and a control group(1073 units)used a random number table method.With the use of traditional equipment maintenance and management mode in the control group,and use of medical equipment management software to manage equipment maintenance in the observation group,the maintenance compliance rate,repair response time,repair frequency,troubleshooting time,and satisfaction of clinical medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The maintenance compliance rate and sampling pass rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the repair response time,repair times,troubleshooting time and other maintenance efficiency indexes were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events of the equipment was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information management platform in medical equipment maintenance and management has good results,which can effectively control the quality of medical equipment,realize the closed-loop management of equipment dynamic information,improve the equipment integrity rate and engineer maintenance efficiency,and is praised by clinical departments.
