摘　　要：目的探讨便携式输液架的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年6月医院骨科收治的260例骨折住院患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各130例。对照组使用常规输液架,观察组使用便捷式输液架,两组均护理7 d,比较两组护理后相关临床指标(生活能力、独自活动、独自如厕、陪伴人数、首次下床活动时长、住院至下床时间、住院时间),意外事件发生情况及护理人员对装置的满意程度。结果观察组生活能力得分低于对照组,独自活动和独自如厕次数多于对照组,住院至下床时间、住院时间短于对照组,装置附带输液瓶重量轻于对照组,输液架意外摔倒次数、输液架牵拉管路导致脱出次数、输液管缠绕而导致输液中断次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员移动方便满意度、收纳方便满意度、加速患者下床活动满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型输液架具有设计科学合理、结构简单、携带方便、实用性强等特点,方便患者移动的同时也方便医护人员的使用和收纳。Objective The clinical application effect of portable infusion stand was explored.Methods With selection of 260 hospitalized patients with fractures admitted to the orthopedic department of the hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 130 patients in each group.With the use of the conventional infusion stand in the control group and the portable infusion stand in the observation group,both groups received 7 days of nursing care.After nursing care,the related clinical indicators(life ability,independent activity,and independent toilet use,number of companions,the time of getting out of bed for the first time,the time from hospitalization to getting out of bed,the length of hospital stay),the occurrence of accidents and satisfaction of nursing staff with the device were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had lower scores in terms of living ability compared to the control group,and had more independent activities and toileting times than the control group.The hospital stay to bed and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group.In addition,in the observation group,the weight of the infusion bottle attached to the device was lighter than that of the control group,and the number of accidental falls of the infusion stand,the number of times for releases caused by Infusion stand pulling pipeline and the number of infusion interruption caused by winding of infusion tube were less than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group with ease of movement,storage,and acceleration of patient ambulation were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion With the characteristics of scientific and reasonable design,simple structure,convenient carrying,and strong practicality,the new infusion stand is convenient for patien
