摘 要:心血管疾病严重危害人类生命健康,心血管植介入器械则被广泛用于心血管疾病的临床治疗。但现有器械存在表面血液相容性差、原位内皮化缓慢或不完全等缺点,易产生血栓形成、炎症反应、内膜增生等问题,极大限制了其长期治疗效果。促进内皮细胞在材料表面的选择性黏附、增殖和迁移被认为是实现原位内皮化的关键。本文从心血管疾病的介入治疗出发,梳理总结了近5年来心血管植介入器械表面内皮细胞选择性的修饰策略,并就其未来发展趋势进行讨论。Cardiovascular diseases impose severe impacts on human health and well-being,which prompts the widespread application of cardiovascular implantation interventional apparatus in clinical treatments.However current devices suffer from poor hemocompatibility and slow or incomplete endothelialization on the surface,often leading to complications such as thrombosis,inflammation,and intimal hyperplasia.These defects significantly limite the long-term effectiveness of treatment.Promoting the selective adhesion,proliferation and migration of endothelial cells on material surfaces is considered to be the key to achieve for endothelialization in situ.In this context,this review briefly introduced the interventional therapy of cardiovascular diseases.Then,studies over the past five years on modification approaches were summarized,which aimed at improving the selectivity of endothelial cells on the surfaces of cardiovascular devices,Moreover,the future development trend was discussed.
