摘 要:为制备高稳定性PEDOT/PSS水性分散体涂布液,通过激光粒度扫描仪、原子力显微镜、四探针测试仪等对水性分散体和薄膜进行表征,研究不同活性的硅烷偶联剂、pH调节剂及有机溶剂种类对PEDOT/PSS水性分散体的稳定性和薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:不同的硅烷偶联剂、有机胺或无机氨pH调节剂以及单醇或二元醇溶剂对所得水性分散体的稳定性、薄膜微相结构分布稳定性及薄膜导电性均有重要的影响,加入硅烷偶联剂VTMS及醇溶剂IPA后薄膜导电率提高1个数量级,加入5 mol/L氨水的水性分散体在50℃干燥箱中存放1周后导电率仍保持在200 S/cm以上,无机碱氨水对改善水性抗静电分散体的稳定性起着关键的作用。In order to prepare high-stability PEDOT/PSS aqueous dispersion coating liquid,the aqueous dispersion and film were characterized by laser particle size scanner,atomic force microscope and four-probe tester.The effects of different active silane coupling agents,pH regulators,and organic solvents on the stability of PEDOT/PSS aqueous dispersions and the properties of paint films were studied.The results showed that different silane coupling agents,organic amine or inorganic ammonia pH regulators,and monohydric or diol solvents indicated an important impact on the stability of the obtained aqueous dispersions,the stability of the distribution of membrane microstructure,and the conductivity of the film.The conductivity of the coating solution after the addition of silane coupling agent VTMS and alcohol solvent IPA increased by an equal order of magnitude.The conductivity of the aqueous dispersion containing 5 mol/L inorganic ammonia water remained above 200 S/cm after being stored in a 50℃drying oven for one week.Inorganic alkali ammonia water played a crucial role in improving the stability of the aqueous anti-static dispersion.
