摘　　要：以硅溶胶为硅源、偏铝酸钠为铝源,用单模聚焦微波辐射法合成小粒径NaA分子筛。采用硅烷偶联剂γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)对NaA分子筛进行表面改性,考察了硅烷偶联剂用量(质量分数)、改性反应温度和反应时间对NaA分子筛油浆黏度的影响,探讨了NaA分子筛改性前后的晶相结构、粒径分布、形貌特征和静态水吸附量,并以改性前后的NaA分子筛为原料加入到聚氨酯体系中,研究其在聚氨酯体系中的适用期。实验结果表明:在偶联剂用量为3%、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为50 min条件下制备的改性NaA分子筛,其在蓖麻油中的黏度达到最小值为(9362±100)mPa·s,改性前后NaA分子筛的结构和形貌没有发生改变。通过硅烷偶联剂KH-560对NaA分子筛进行表面改性,可以有效提高NaA分子筛的分散性能,降低NaA分子筛油浆黏度,延长其在聚氨酯体系中的适用期,并且对其力学性能影响较小。NaA zeolite was obtained by the single⁃mode focused microwave synthesis with sodium silicate as the silica source,sodium metaaluminate as the aluminum source.Surface modification for NaA zeolite was carried out by using silane coupling agentγ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl trimethoxysilane(KH-560),and the influences of coupling agent content(mass fraction),modification reaction temperature and reaction time on the viscosity of NaA zeolite slurry were studied.The crystal structure,particle size distribution,morphology and static water adsorption capacity of NaA zeolite before and after modification were discussed.NaA zeolites before and after modification was added into polyurethane system to study its ap⁃plication period.The results showed that the modified NaA zeolite were synthesized under the optimum conditions(i.e.,coupling agent content was 3%,reaction temperature was 60℃,reaction time was 50 min),and its viscosity in castor oil reached a minimum of(9362±100)mPa·s.The structure and morphology of NaA zeolite were not changed before and after modification.The surface modification of NaA zeolite by using coupling agent KH-560 could effectively improve the dispersing property of NaA zeolite,reduce the slurry viscosity,and expend the pot life of NaA zeolite in polyurethane system.Add⁃ing modified NaA zeolite into polyurethane system had little effect on its mechanical properties.
